Parking on Sheraton Property

posted Jul 15, 2014, 10:25 AM by Fernando Vargas

Please be advised that the manager of the Sheraton Premier hotel has reported vehicles with expired tags and/or flat tires parked in the hotel’s back lot and that these vehicles will be towed away from their property by the end of the week if these conditions are not remedied.

As per the condominium rules and regulations, all vehicles parked on condominium property need to be in good working condition, have valid, current registration and be in compliance with all applicable state and local laws.

The hotel management allows, at their discretion, Westwood Village residents to park in their back lot on a short term basis as long as vehicles are in good working order, in compliance with all state and local laws, and no commercial or for sale signs are displayed on/in the vehicles.

We ask all residents who use the hotel’s parking lot to observe their rules and respect their gracious hospitality in allowing us use of their facilities.

Sincerely,

Board of Directors
