Please read the following important Spring reminders:
EV Charging
Contractors have started the process of installation of the two dual-port level 2 chargers in the unreserved parking spaces #201-204, located on Northern Neck Dr. As they continue the installation process we will keep residents informed of impacted parking and when cars will need to vacate the above mentioned spaces.
NEW Community Bike Rack
A new bike rack has been added to the community along Northern Neck Drive. We encourage residents to use the rack to help store their bikes.
Dog Waste
As always, please be kind to your neighbors and pick up your dog’s waste!
Reminder of New Parking Passes
The new 2025 orange and yellow parking passes are in effect. If any resident is using old 2024 passes the Board has the right to tow the resident’s vehicle.
Trash Collection Reminder
Patriot Disposal Services, our trash company, is no longer hauling bulk items for free. They will be charging a $55 fee for bulk item collection moving forward. We ask that all residents please refrain from placing large appliances, furniture, or other bulk items the trash areas. If you would like to arrange a special bulk item pickup, please contact Patriot Disposal directly by calling 703-257-7100, extension #5.
