INTERIOR DESIGN REFRESH: The Board of Directors recently accepted a proposal and contract that will refresh the building interior entrances. The project will include new carpet and paint along with updated lighting and fixtures. Work is anticipated to start later this year.
SEASONAL REMINDER – CONDENSATE LINES: All owners are strongly encouraged to have their heating and cooling systems serviced at least once annually, to include cleaning of the condensate drain lines. Condensate line backups cause damage to your unit, common elements, and other units. Owners are reminded that they will be held responsible for damages.
VISITOR PARKING: Residents are not permitted to park in the shared visitor parking spaces at any time. The shared visitor parking spaces are located in two areas: (1) there are five spaces on the left side of Ashgrove House Lane immediately upon entering the community through the gate and (2) there are five spaces adjacent to the clubhouse on Northern Neck Drive. Violators will be towed from the property at owner expense.
Grills are not permitted for use or storage on balconies or patios at any time. Violators will be subject to fines and penalties.
