Property Management Company
The Management Company is the primary point of contact regarding receipts and collections of dues and payments of invoices. In addition, the management company appoints a Community Manager who the primary point of contact for all contracted work on the property such as property maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, and snow removal.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is an all-volunteer group of residents who donate their free time to try to manage the community in a way that benefits and protects all residents.
Meetings of the Board are open to all residents, who are welcome to call-in via the zoom link provided in the calendar on the homepage. At the end of every meeting there is an open-forum, where residents can bring up any issues not discussed during the meeting. We ask all those calling in to please remember that the Board is an all-volunteer group and is not compensated in any way for their time and effort.
If you have an idea for a community improvement project, want to get involved with the board, have an issue that cannot be solved by our management company (see above), or have a dispute with another resident that you feel unable to solve, please reach out to us by using this form.
Shared Facilities (Clubhouse, Pool, Gym, Entrance Gate)
The community clubhouse, gym, and pool are located on the corner of Northern Neck Drive and Ashgrove House Lane. In order to gain access to this facility you must have an electronic key card. If you were not given a key card or have lost yours you may obtain a new card from the Westwood Village Townhomes HOA management company, GHA Community Management LLC. There is a fee of $75 to obtain/replace each card.

For access to the pool, please complete this form. Guests will need to complete a separate form for each visit, and print it out and bring it with them each time.
Callbox Setup
All entry ways are equipped with a callbox to allow secure access to your condominium group and to allow visitors to notify you when they have arrived via the intercom. The notification feature can be programmed with a phone number of your choice, but must be a 703, 571, 540, 301, or 202 area code. Patriot Disposal Services Inc. may be contacted to arrange for a pick up large bulk items like sofa’s, bookshelves, tables, etc. The charge for picking up these items is $55 per item.
Towing
Towing is enforced from 9:00pm until 6:00am every day of the week. You must have use a Westwood Village UOA parking permit when parking in Reserved, Non-Reserved, and Visitor parking spaces. Parking permits must be placed in the front windshield of your car, in clear view. In the event that you or one of your visitors cars are towed, please contact the towing company that is contracted by the Association (do not call the property management company):
