Parking spot striping and trash corral improvement

Color coded guide to schedule of parking lot striping work.

The Board of Directors of Westwood Village Condominium has scheduled for Aurora Paving to make repairs to the parking lot and improve the trash corrals. Please note the following schedule of work:

Wednesday, May 22nd and Thursday, May 23rd: Concrete pads will be installed in all trash corrals to address persistent issues with flooding. The pads will be installed on a 2 degree angle to direct water away from adjacent buildings.

Friday, May 24th: Phase I of striping work (All vehicles need to be moved by 7:00 am and can return back to the lot at 7:00 pm the same day. Any vehicles not moved will be towed at the owners expense.)

Tuesday, May 28th: Phase II of striping work (All vehicles need to be moved by 7:00 am and can return back to the lot at 7:00 pm the same day. Any vehicles not moved will be towed at the owners expense.)

While parking lot work is taking place, parking will be extremely tight within the community, and residents may even have to park off-site. Additionally, certain roads will be closed depending on the day. Because of all of this, we recommend that residents do not schedule packages to be delivered or have contractors come to their homes on the 24th or the 28th.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your attention to this matter. Should you have any questions you may reach out to Capitol Management Corporation at: Peyton@capitolmanagementcorp.net.
