To all Residents –
This is a reminder that vehicles are subject to towing without the proper resident stickers when parked in the unreserved spots on property. Visitor hangtags can only be used in the designated visitor parking at the front of the community. Property Management and the Board have contacted numerous residents to remind them of the permitted use of the Visitor hangtags.
Please be advised that if you are new to the community or have recently purchased/leased/rented a car, register the vehicle and post your resident sticker ASAP or alert property management to avoid towing if you have a rental car that you expect to have on property overnight.
