As announced several weeks ago, a contractor is on property to perform the following work this week, and continuing into the week of October 6th:
- External brick, railing, and stairs repairs at the front of each building
- Sidewalk repairs
Locations with Significant Work – Side of Northern Neck Building 1583 and Side of Leeds Castle Building 1592
A significant amount of activity is underway on the side of Northern Neck Building 1583 and the side of Leeds Castle Building 1592. Over the next several days, please mind the cones and watch your step when accessing the Trash Corral near Leeds Castle Building 1592. As new concrete will be poured on Wednesday (10/1), please consider using the trash corrals on the side of Leeds Castle Building 1597 and Northern Neck Building 1531, which are not impacted by the concrete work, as alternative waste disposal and recycling locations for Wednesday and Thursday of this week.
