As previously mentioned in daily Announcements, there are significant contractor activities ongoing throughout the community. These activities are on-track to end the week of July 14th, as planned.
Please remove vehicles from IMPACTED AREAS between 7:30am to 7pm. Resident cars should be relocated to OPEN unreserved parking spots during this timeframe each day, NOT VISITOR SPOTS. Be mindful of any signs restricting parking. If your vehicle is not moved, it will be subject to relocation via towing. We would like to avoid relocation at all costs. We will continue to place signs around the property to help residents understand the daily parking restrictions. During July, the best unreserved spots to park in are 106 to 128 and 216 to 232.
When returning vehicles back to parking spots overnight with new brick work, please park slightly back from the curb until further notified.
Current Guidance on Expected Impacted Areas
Monday (July 14th)
- NEW After 7pm, cars may return to spots 205 through 215 and 233 through 243 overnight. Please park back from the curb slightly, away from the brick work and be careful of any cones, plywood, etc.

- Northern Neck Drive spots 33 through 37
- We have posted signs on inner building doors to remind impacted residents.
-
- No parking in unreserved spots 100 through 105 on Northern Neck Drive.
- Contractors may be working around the entire community to grind and level sidewalk concrete that has raised/become uneven overtime. Please be careful when walking.
-
Please set a reminder to check the Westwood Village Condominiums website each day for updated information and instructions as work progresses. If you will not be in town and are planning to leave a car on property, please call Property Management directly or submit an inquiry through the Westwood Village website so that Property Management can help you identify where to park prior to your travel. Again, during July, the best unreserved spots to park in are now 106 to 128 and 216 to 232.
NOTE: All Parking rules remain in effect. Therefore, please ensure you are parking as a resident in your reserved spot or the unreserved spots around the property. Residents are not permitted to park in the Visitor parking section. Visitors should park, using Visitor hangtags, in the Visitor short-term spots at the front of the community. The CUOA has witnessed evidence of violations, and both Townhome and Condominium residents requesting tows, including one today from the Visitors shared parking area. Aside from limited relocation towing in the morning for the brick and arborist work, all other towing is at the owner’s expense.
Thank you,
Westwood Village CUOA
