Dear Residents,
The final date to pick up parking passes in the community has come and gone. All remaining passes will need to be picked up at the management office located at 2011 Lee Jackson Highway, Suite 350, Fairfax. Passes will be available for pickup at the office starting Thursday, January 23rd. Please coordinate with Krystal (krystal@capitolmanagementcorp.net) before making the trip, and remember to bring your ID if you’re an owner, or your lease agreement if you are a renter. If you want to send someone else to pickup for you, just email board.westwoodvillage@gmail.com to let us know beforehand. Enforcement of the new passes will go into effect February 1st.
Also, during pick up a couple of residents who are renters expressed concern that their key fobs no longer gave them access to the main gate or clubhouse. This is most likely because the owners of the unit did not submit the renewed lease agreement in the myproptia portal https://login.proptia.com/. Finally, the board needs new members! Right now, there are only two members, and the current president is moving out of the community within the next couple of months. So if you want to help out please email board.westwoodvillage@gmail.com.
