As previously mentioned in daily Announcements, there have been a significant number of contractor activities ongoing throughout the community. All current planned activities will end today, July 15th, by approx. 7pm. We thank you for your cooperation and patience through these important community activities.
Current Guidance on Expected Impacted Areas
Tuesday (July 15th)
- NEW – After7pm and when all cones/contractor vehicles are removed, all cars may return to spots 205 through 215 and 233 through 243. There will be no need to move cars on Wednesday, as the brick work has been completed.
- NEW – As of 3:15pm, all cars may return to the following spots as the arborist work is complete:

- Ashgrove House Lane spots 256 through 262
- Northern Neck Drive spots 33 through 37

- NEW – When all cones/tape/contractor vehicles and tools are removed, unreserved spots 100 through 105 on Northern Neck Drive will reopen for normal use by residents.
NOTE: All Parking rules remain in effect. Therefore, please ensure you are parking as a resident in your reserved spot or the unreserved spots around the property. Residents are not permitted to park in the Visitor parking section. Visitors should park, using Visitor hangtags, in the Visitor short-term spots at the front of the community. Additionally, all resident cars should be registered with Property Management by filling out the Vehicle Registration Form on the westwoodvillageuoa.com website. If you are currently using a resident sticker in a vehicle that is not registered, please register your vehicle ASAP.
Towing will be at the owner’s expense for violation of the parking rules.
