ANNUAL REGISTRATION REMINDER: All residents are reminded to complete an online registration form for each vehicle in their household. The vehicle registration form can be accessed at the following address: www.westwoodvillageuoa.com/vehicle-registration. If for any reason you are unable to complete the registration form, please contact the management company for assistance. Remaining permit distribution dates are as follows:
- Jun 10 from 7:00pm – 9:00pm
- Jun 13 from 1:00pm – 3:00pm
Permits will not be distributed to a unit without a completed registration and identification (photo ID for all residents and a current lease for renters/tenants). Following distribution, the old 2020 permits will be null and void and vehicles not in compliance will be impounded by the towing company. Residents that cannot pickup permits on these remaining dates will need to schedule an appointment with Capitol Management or make other arrangements.
BUILDING KEYS, DOOR CODES: This year, building keys will be handed out with the parking permits. The master entry code for the building will also be changed later this month. Additional details for these smaller projects will be included in a handout with parking permits.
POOL, GYM, AND CLUBHOUSE: Great news! Continental Pools has a lifeguard assigned to Westwood Village – we look forward to a pool season this year. Pending approval of some routine renovation work in the clubhouse, the pool and gym are expected to open later this week on June 12th. If the routine renovation work is not approved, the pool opening will be further delayed. POOL HOURS OF OPERATION:
Thursday through Tuesday: noon – 8pm
Wednesday: pool closed
From 8/23 through 9/6, the pool will be open from 4-8pm during the week (except Wednesday, when the pool will remain closed). Weekend hours from noon – 8pm will remain the same.
