As a follow on to earlier announcements, asphalt sealing and stripe work is scheduled for 10/20 and 10/21, with minor touch ups (in blue on the map) scheduled for 10/22. The entrance (or condominium side) and exit (or townhouse side) of Ashgrove House Lane are respectively scheduled for 10/20 and 10/21. On scheduled days, vehicles should be cleared from parking spaces to allow the contractor access to the work site. Any vehicles that are not moved will be relocated.
Additional Details:
October 20, 2020: (1) units along the long stretch of Northern Neck Dr and the first bay of parking spaces on Leeds Castle Dr., in addition to ALL SHARED VISITOR SPACES and the parking located on the outside of the community gate.
October 21, 2020: (2) the remaining portion of Leeds Castle Dr and the units in the back of the community on Northern Neck Dr.
