ANNUAL REGISTRATION: All residents are required to complete an online registration form for each vehicle in their household no later than June 15, 2021. The Association will use the
registration data to distribute new parking permits that will be good for the next 18 months. The vehicle registration form can be accessed at the following address: www.westwoodvillageuoa.com/vehicle-registration. As in years past, the Association anticipates multiple opportunities for residents to obtain permits. If for any reason you are unable to complete the online registration form, please contact the management company for assistance.
POOL/CLUBHOUSE/GYM: The HOA (townhouses) and UOA (condominiums) anticipate opening the pool this year. Assuming the pool opens, residents that wish to use the pool are required to register, which is an annual requirement. COVID-19 protocols also require strict cleaning and regular sanitization measures. Thus, in addition to registering to use the pool, residents must reserve a time slot and complete a waiver. The gym will remain closed in accordance with Executive Orders from the Governor of Virginia.
HELP WANTED: Continental Pools has open lifeguard positions in the area for the 2021 summer and is currently holding interviews for interested candidates. The job is entry-level and Continental Pools provides free lifeguard training courses for residents or referrals from residents of our community.
