If you did not get a chance to pick up the new 2024 parking permits, please contact Capitol Management Corporation to schedule a time to pick up the new 2024 parking permits. The Report an Issue / Ask a Question feature of the website can also be used to send an e-mail directly to the Management Company.
The previous 2022-2023 parking permits will be null and void effective Friday, January 26, 2024. If vehicles parked on the property are found using old parking permits, they will be towed off the property and impounded at the owner’s expense.
