INTERIOR DESIGN REFRESH UPDATE: The painting and electrical portion of the interior design refresh project will continue through the middle of September. Paint days for unit doors generally falls on Wednesday and Friday. An extremely limited number of makeup days will be available at the end of the project. If neither the paint day nor the makeup day work, the Association will hire a locksmith to open the door and charge the expense to the unit.
The tile and carpet portion of the project will begin the week of August 22nd and will continue through the end of September.
RAIN GUTTER CLEANING: Specialty Gutter will be on the property beginning the week of August 22, 2022. They will be accessing the communities rain gutters and clearing them of debris. The work will last approximately one week. Work is not anticipated to be overly disruptive, but you may hear some additional noise as it relates to Specialty Gutter doing this work for the community.
