The Board is pleased to announce the roll out of a new feature as part of the recently installed call box at the entry gate, which will enable you to create temporary passes for entry to the community. Once you download the app you will have the ability to extend three different types of passes to visitors that include a visitor 1-day pass, a visitor 7-day pass, and a delivery pass. Your visitors will gain access by receiving an email or text from you which provides a pin number they will enter into the call box for entry. Upcoming features including mobile access and video will be rolled out at a later date.
An email will be sent from Proptia stating “Welcome to Proptia, Let’s Get Started” at the beginning of April to all owners who have an email on file with Capitol Management extending an invite to download the app. Residents who rent their unit and owners who do not have an email on file with the management company will need log onto the website and under FORMS complete the Entry Gate Call Box Change form. This form can also be used to update contact information listed in the entry gate call box.
