The HOA and UOA are pleased to announce that a new call box at the entrance gate will be installed in the next couple of weeks. The community has partnered with Proptia a residential security software company out of Costa Mesa, California who operates nationwide working with some of the largest residential real estate developers and prestigious gated communities.
The new call box uses a name search box and swipe to find feature that will enable your guests to find your name with ease. Next year we plan to implement additional features such as temporary guest passes, mobile access and video. We will provide detailed information and resident information requirements when these features are implemented.
We anticipate the conversion to the new call box will go smoothly, but if we run into issues please be patient as we work through them. One key change will be the new call box only allows one phone number per person. If you provided two phone numbers only one will be moved to the new system.
