ANNUAL REGISTRATION: All residents are required to complete an online registration form for each vehicle in their household no later than January 6, 2024. The Association will use the registration data to distribute new parking permits that will be good for the 2024 calendar year. The vehicle registration form can be accessed at the following address: www.westwoodvillageuoa.com/vehicle-registration. As in years past, the Association anticipates multiple opportunities for residents to obtain permits. If for any reason you are unable to complete the online registration form, please contact the management company for assistance.
SEASONAL REMINDER – THERMOSTATS: Residents planning on being away from or leaving their unit vacant for any period of time during the winter months are responsible for keeping the heat operational and set to an appropriate temperature to mitigate pipe and supply lines from freezing, bursting, and causing damage to units and common elements.
WILD ANIMALS: For the sake of public safety, please do not attempt to feed wild life or lure them into the community.
