ANNUAL REGISTRATION: All residents are required to complete an online registration form for each vehicle. Details for registration and parking pass pickup times will be announced in December 2023.
AIR CONDITIONER REMINDER: Please remember to turn off your AC during the colder months and set the thermostat to an appropriate temperature. Turning off your AC will minimize the likelihood of pipes bursting during the winter months. This will help preserve your unit and save any repair work.
TRASH AND RECYCLING REMINDERS: Trash pick up is on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and recycling on Monday and Friday.
PLEASE NOTE: The blue bins are for recyclables and the black bins are for trash.

COMMON AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS: All residents have the right to enjoy clean, safe, and well-maintained common and limited common element spaces. Some examples of common elements are the sidewalks, green spaces, and benches in the community. Personal property is not permitted to be stored or left on common elements. Examples of limited common element areas are unit balconies, patios, and parking spaces. Nothing whatsoever should be permitted to fall from the windows, balcony or deck of a unit.
PETS: A total of six receptacles, each equipped with bags, are located throughout the community. Please make note of their locations and clean up after pets to help keep our community beautiful.
