In accordance with Executive Orders issued by the Office of Governor Northam, the clubhouse shared facilities (pool, gym, and meeting space) remain closed until further notice.
TRASH: Mind the community disposal rules. Trash should be secured in bags and placed in the designated receptacles, while recyclables can be placed directly into the designated receptacles. Trash and recyclables should not be thrown on the ground outside of or near the collection areas. Please do your part to help keep our community beautiful.
GRILLS: Grills are not permitted for use or storage on balconies or patios at any time. Units found in violation will be sent letters and subject to fines and penalties.
EXTERIOR WORK: The Board of Directors recently approved exterior work to be completed later this year. This will include power washing the decks and patios. To facilitate cleaning, decks and patios should be clear. Prior to the work starting, a schedule will be posted.
AREA DEVELOPMENT: Fairfax County plans to widen an existing foot path located close to Westwood Village property. The aim of the project is to create an all public access bike route to the Metro and greater Tysons area. When completed, the path will be similar in appearance to the Vesper trail. Project details for those interested in learning more are located on the Association website under Documents > Community Announcements.
PETS: There are six bag-equipped pet receptacles located throughout the community. Please make a note of their locations and clean up after pets to help keep our community beautiful.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Personal belongings of any kind are not permitted on the common elements. This includes the building hallways and stairwells. Each unit is permitted one “welcome” mat at the unit entrance and one personal door item.
NEXT MEETING: The Board of Directors is scheduled to virtually meet to conduct Association business on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at 7:00pm. Call in information will be posted in the entryways and on the Association calendar for those wishing to participate.
