EXTERIOR WORK: Deck power washing, sealing and deck railing painting will start the week of June 29, 2020 and is anticipated to last 3 weeks, weather permitting. Notices with more specific dates will be posted in individual building entrances a few days prior to work on those buildings. THIS INFORMATION WILL NOT BE POSTED ON THE WEBSITE. Decks and railings should be clear of personal belongings. Generally, work will be completed in this order: (1) units along the long stretch of Northern Neck Dr, followed by (2) units in the middle of the community, and ending with (3) units at the back of the community, per below map:
The pool shared facilities will remain closed for the season. The UOA and HOA are monitoring when the gym can safely reopen.
TRASH: Mind the community disposal rules. Trash should be secured in bags and placed in the designated receptacles, while recyclables can be placed directly into the designated receptacles. For large, oversized items, please call or arrange for a special pickup.
TRASH SCHEDULE CHANGE: Trash pickup effective July 1, 2020 will be Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. Recycling pickup will remain the same: Tuesday and Friday.
