Hi Westwood Village UOA Residents,
Please read below for several community reminders:
BUILDING ENTRANCES: Residents are asked to do their part to keep the building entrance doors closed while not in use. The building entrance doors serve as an added layer of security to unit entrances and keeping the doors closed protects the electric strike box that facilitates keyless entry.
STORAGE ON COMMON ELEMENTS: Personal belongings (i.e., bicycles) stored outside on the common elements will be removed and confiscated by the Association. Residents in violation will be fined accordingly.
GRILLS: Grills are not permitted for use or storage on balconies or patios at any time. Units found in violation will be sent letters and subject to fines and penalties.
FITNESS ROOM RULES: Please mind the rules (linked here) for use of the clubhouse fitness room.
SAFETY: Spring is in the air! Please be mindful of your surroundings, observe the posted speed limit, and exercise caution as residents take advantage of the nicer weather to spend more time outdoors. Residents are also reminded to keep valuables hidden, or better, out of vehicles altogether.
