Please read below for several community reminders:
BUILDING ENTRANCE DOORS: Residents are asked to make sure the building entrance doors remain closed while not in use. It serves as an added layer of security to unit entrances.
SHERATON PARKING: A few years ago, Westwood Village had an understanding with the Sheraton Hotel that permitted residents to use the back lot of the Sheraton for overflow parking when no condominium parking was available. This agreement is no longer in effect. Residents that park at the Sheraton do so at their own risk.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Residents are reminded that hallways and stairwells should be clear of personal belongings. Each unit is permitted one “welcome” mat at the unit entrance and one personal door item.
TRASH: Mind the community disposal rules. Trash should be secured in bags and placed in the designated receptacles, while recyclables can be placed directly into the designated receptacles. Trash and recyclables should not be thrown on the ground outside of or near the collection areas. Please do your part to help keep our community beautiful.
