POOL REGISTRATION: The pool will open Memorial Weekend May 27th and close Labor Day weekend September 4th. Residents that intend on using the pool this season must complete a registration form in advance. Registrations from prior years do not carry over.

- Hours: Sunday through Saturday, 12:00pm – 8pm except for Wednesday when the pool will be closed.
- From 5/28 – 6/10 and 08/21 – 09/04, pool hours will be 4:00pm -8:00pm during the week (except Wednesday, when the pool will remain closed). Weekend hours from noon – 8pm do not change during pool season.
GYM: The Board anticipates re-opening the gym on Saturday, May 27th. We are coordinating with Matrix to come and meet with residents regarding the gym equipment. More news to follow on the grand re-opening!
PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Personal belongings are not permitted on the common elements, which include the green spaces, building hallways and stairwells. Examples of personal belongings include, but are not
limited to bikes, scooters, shoes, etc. Each resident is permitted one “welcome” mat and one personal door item at their unit’s entrance.
GRILLS: Fairfax County does not permit grills, firepits, etc for use or storage on balconies or patios at any time. Units found in violation will be sent letters and subject to fines and penalties.
PETS: A total of six pet receptacles, each equipped with bags, are located throughout the community. Please make note of their locations and clean up after pets to help keep our community beautiful.
COMMUNITY SAFETY: With the warmer months upon us, please be mindful of your surroundings as residents take advantage of the nicer weather to spend more time outside.
